I ordered my Hoover vacuum cleaner on 30/8/25 and it was delivered by 3/9/25. Very impressive service.I have just spent much of today doing an”Autumn Clean” and found the vacuum very light to use and it has done a fabulous job.

Happy Returns

The item i ordered was too big and i needed to return it but Hoover C/S responded within a few hours and there was a free return label without any quibbling. From start to finish the customer service was a real person and I really appreciated that. Item was picked up from home by arrangement. Thanks Hoover.

I wouldn't even give 1 star. The item I received was faulty on arrival and it's proving to be a nightmare to get it sorted out. I will never buy another Hoover product.

Very prompt service

Very prompt service. Hoover cleaners are repairable as you can get spares easily. Used to work on them nearly 60years ago and then you could even get any part needed unlike other makes.Taking a Keymatic washing machine apart was a bit of a challenge as to do a bearing change it had so many small parts.

Best service

I ordered the Robotic Hoover on Saturday and it was delivered Sunday afternoon. How could that be better, The Hoover works a treat and looks like it will save my wife and I Hours of manual work, I suspect our 'Henry' will soon become redundant.Thank you
