The hoover was delivered promptly and was beautifully wrapped so each piece was protected from damage using recycled/ recyclable packaging. It was very easy to follow the assembly instructions and was ready for use in a few minutes. Trial run on my old rug in the kitchen, marvellous.
Don't buy this hoover it's a pice of rubbish battery doesn't last 50 mins barely lasts 20 suction is terrible, is not anti hair wrap, in order to empty you have to put your hand in the extremely small compartment and pull out all the debris nearly breaking your hand in process pice if cheap plastic do not waste 100 pounds it's like a temu special
