I would give 0 stars if it where possible. I can't review the item purchased as not received. Nor have I received a refund. I can however review my experience of Hoover Direct and its employees. Hoover Direct is an untrustworthy company whose employees are unhelpful, unprofessional and do not seem to understand the consumer rights act 2015 and the contract they enter into with customers.
Great product, so good to have a ‘Hoover’ vacuum cleaner again. Only slight complaints - It was promised for next day delivery, but took another day to arrive. Being asked to register the product, but, also being advised when I try to register that I can’t as I bought it directly from Hoover and it will be registered automatically.
