Review Time
I have been organised and ordered my chocolate advent calendars in good time. The selection was good - the price was unchanged from last year (I think) and I was pleased to be able to use a discount code as a VIP member. They look good and the recipients always seem to appreciate them!
The delivery was as ever very prompt, however, although I have a VIP Card what does this exactly give me a I pay the full price for the drinking chocolat and of course delivery. Is it preferable that I try to visit one of your shops which is not convenient for me to obtain any credit or offers?

Ordering was easy and straightforward The chocolates were beautifully presented and delicious A perfect birthday gift The delivery let us down badly Firstly, the parcel was a day late. Secondly, we were given delivery times the next day that weren't kept. This was very inconvenient and embarrassing
