My wife and I visited the Northallerton branch of Hotel Chocolat todayThe service we received from Hazel and Felix was outstanding. They both portrayed a thoroughly professional attitude and are a credit to the company. Their service makes me want to use that branch again.
We are regular customers at hotel chocolat for satchets for our velvetiser. Product selection is huge with so much choice. Although a little more pricey they taste phenomenal and always fast delivery. Occasionally buy other things but never had a bad delivery. Would definitely recommend for a treat or gift.
I recently ordered chocolates as a surprise for my daughter’s birthday. In spite of speaking to your assistant to conform that they could delivered on the correct date they were delivered four days early. Very disappointing. We all love your product but this was not good
The delivery and most of the order was excellent. I am very disapointed in the Christmas Chocolate Supernovas – Pink Champagne.The packaging is terrbile it looks like the chocolates have just been thrown in. Nothing like haw they are shown on the website. For the price of them I would expect them to be well presented
