Went to the Harrogate store today to get a present and I was served by Poppy - she was an absolute delight, so friendly, smiley and chatty! She chatted to my toddler and was really fast and efficient putting my transaction through. Thank you Poppy, you are an asset to hotel chocolat!
Visited the Harrogate store recently. Poppy was extremely helpful and friendly. Helped us choose several products at great prices. Rebecca served us at the checkout and was also extremely friendly and helpful. She told us the benefits of a VIP card etc. and we left very happy with our purchases. I would highly recommend this store and it's excellent staff.
I bought these chocolates as a present and I am fully aware it’s not your fault but the driver left the chocolates in full sunshine on our doorstep. By the time I arrived home the box was really hot and no doubt the chocolates would have melted. It clearly stated not to be left in direct sunlight. I am loathe to give the chocolates as a present now as they will all probably be a squishy mess.
We were served by a lady called Ickle in the Harrogate branch. She was knowledgeable and helpful, and suggested we try a taste of the 100 per cent cacao chocolate we were considering, just to be sure we liked it. Service above our expectations. Thank you!
