Parcel left on doorstep even though I was in the house.Delivery man didn’t even ring bell . My front door is on the street so anyone could have taken it & the weather due to rain parcel in cardboard box could have been ruined if my neighbour hadn’t let me know the parcel was on step

Amazon broke my letterbox trying to put chocolates through, then left them on my doorstep in the sun, ridiculous, complained to hotel chocolate and guess what there doing nothing about it, won't be shopping there again.

Poppy at Harrogate - Five Stars

Went to the Harrogate branch with a few friends from Ireland to show them the velvetisers. We were immediately greeted by Poppy who was super friendly and enthusiastic, she got us some samples of the black forest hot chocolate to try and was so knowledgeable about the products. We were all blown away by how kind and bubbly she was and she really knew her stuff. We all bought drinks and I came back separately to buy Father's Day chocolates afterward. Highly recommend!
