Review Time
As a non coffee or tea drinker, hot chocolates have always been my hot drink of choice. A few years ago my partner bought me a Velvetiser and it made drinking hot chocolate an even better experience. Recently my Velvetiser broke and the customer service team were quick to respond to help me try and resolve the issue. Unfortunately the machine seemed to have died, but the team gave me an unexpected discount for a new one which I am very grateful for! Brilliant customer service!
Called in at Harrogate branch, where Mary was behind the counter. Very friendly and made me feel important.I was sad to learn that the 3 Selectors for £14 was no longer available in selected branches. I do understand why but how can your healthy chocolates be considered bad for us?
I am editing this review. A big thank you to Hotel chocolate who have kindly resolved this despite the issue being with the courier. ( I thought I was leaving the review on the courier site doh) I ordered this to be delivered through Amazon. They have said it’s been delivered and it hasn’t. Father’s Day gift !
