Order number #47689278Hugo boss customer service representative:KUMBI SADAjust phoned to see were my order was as they sent me a email with tracking details that don't work.Immediately I could sense the bad attitude of Kumbi Sada she said it was delivered today at 1026am at an address in Stotfold GB I am in liverpool ??????? She was not a bit helpful told me it was between me and UPS well no its not use sent it out and I have not received it hasn't even gone to the right address which is clear on the invoice you have sent me.I spend a lot of money at hugo boss store in my city and never have I had one problem like this. I don't no were you get your customer service employees from but she was absolutely disgusting. She sounded like she was in bed dropping the phone when she answered. SORT THIS OUT HUGO BOSS.AND WHY DONT YOU HAVE MANAGERS TO SPEAK TO BECAUSE KUMBI SAID YOU DONT ???????????
order 47653206Ive waited silly time for a delivery .. and the whole thing is a massive cock up .. the delivery address attributed to the consignment you might as well have put 'outer space' .. does nobody in this company have the slightest common sense. My experience = Useless -- My advice dont buy anything off them.. its just a huge hassles
The order shipped without an address. Crazy HUGO BOSS! HUGO BOSS in US is doing business like wild West. I placed the order over $260 and later I noticed there is missing address of the order without house number and without street name. I immediately contacted HUGO BOSS in United States and they do not care about that. They said it is okay to send the order without an address and it will be returned back if it is not stolen or lost. I did not get the order. HUGO BOSS is lacking quality assurance and does not have address check or address accuracy assurance at the end of packaging. Packers are humans and they do not care about delivery address if it is missing or not. My immediate action did not help and did not rescue ever. HUGO BOSS customer service is a full worthless like they are working careless and reckless in worst hell place that we never seen before around world.
I ordered a shirt online. I received a text message whilst working at home one day saying it had been delivered....but it hadn't. Couriers site says it was left on the doorstep. Nothing there. Contacted Hugo Boss customer care. They sent me some forms to fill in !! Now they say we are performing an investigation and it can take 16 days !! I really wouldn't bother. It has been 3 weeks, I sent my money up front so no money and no shirt. Even better - they don't send replacements out.
Shockingly bad. Sent coat in uk size not eu size as specifically ordered so coat way too big, returns policy hassle, they use dreaded ups, and even though ut's there mistake they expect you to pay for collection of parcel. When you ring them they adamantly refuse to let you speak to any manager or supervisor, like the customer is beneath them. Waiting forever for refund. Never will purchase from them again.
I placed a order online for a gift but after 5 days I get a message saying it had been delivered but nothing had arrived when I rang up explain they asked me to fill and sign forms which I did at once. I explained I didn't want a refund just need the item as a gift and can they please resend it I was told I had to wait 8 / 16 days for the investigation and then I will get an answer. I went to amazon and bought the same thing and and got it next day. They have refunded me today but I'm not happy they were extremely unhelpful. There delivery service is useless and I will never buy from here again.
Poor quality service!!It's the second time I go to the store looking for a specific item and the service is below expectations.In this specific case I was looking for a coat but wanted to confirm the size before buying.After 15 minutes wandering around the store an employee greets me.I describe the product in question and the collaborator went to get the desired size.When I see the coat, I ask if they have in another color, to which the collaborator answers that another color doesn't exist for that specific model what I try to explain that online there were two colors but the employee says it's not possible, so I open the online page on my cellphone and show it, then the employee says, "we don't have this product", so I question whether the employee did not have or did not know about the existence of the coat, what she was not sure what to answer.However, I still wanted to confirm the ideal size for me, which I ask if I could go to the dressing room to try the coat, to which I get the following reply: "You can try it on right here!"Honestly I would just return to this store to confirm product sizes and then buy online or buy at bijenkorf.
I cannot put in to words how horrific my experience has been with this company. I required a shirt for a wedding. A plain white dinner shirt. A simple process you would think?I viewed Hugo boss website which supposedly displays live stock for their branches. I visited over 5 of their London branches which were displaying as having stock but of course, none of them did. I then visited their Guildford branch which again displayed on their website as having stock. I arrived to find the shop doesn’t even exist!! Can you believe it? Probably not…I then called their Westfield branch and confirmed over telephone that they had the stock and requested they hold it for me. upon arrival, they handed me a bag containing the shirt, only for me to discover that the one they’d held was 3 sizes too small. They then advised me to order the shirt online and pay £20 for delivery, which I did. I returned to my car and suddenly realised that the shirt they’d handed me in store had someone else’s name on, so I returned back to the store and asked them to check again, at which point they found the shirt I’d reserved and sold it to me. I returned home and put the shirt on on the day of the wedding, to discover that the shirt had been WORN and was covered in sweat. I couldn’t quite believe it.In the meantime, I’d also ordered a bow tie which after 14 days in transit was suddenly cancelled and never arrived!I’m now enduring the hellish task of trying to communicate with their customer services team who keep sending me the same email over and over, have offered no form of compensation, and have simple advised that I drive 60mins each way to return the worn shirt to their store. It’s an absolute disgrace and this company should not be operating.
The shop in Copenhagen Østergade 15 is so bad. No service at all. The staff working there are busy letting their friends trying the clothes, while customers are left to themselves. We have experienced this three times and we are not coming back. I wouldn’t be surprised if the friends actually wear the clothes and bring it back after they have used it. I hope the management- team is reading this.
