It was my first purchase in the webshop and I expected a service similar to the Hugo Boss Stores where I used to buy, but my experience was terrible:1. they don´t provide invoice2. they don´t include a return label3. you need to provide a reason to the return what is against European law4. you need to go to a DHL Service Point because they don´t pick the return in your address5. client support is terrible. They are not polite and don´t try understand your problem6. Hugo Boss makes the returns process completely difficult with the aim of forcing customers to keep the clothes they don't wantI was the first and last purchase and I'm considering stop using Hugo Boss clothes.
I was unable to take time off work to be in for my HugoBoss delivery by UPS . HugoBoss exclusively use UPS who deliver between 8am and 7pm. They didn't give me other options and the item was returned to HugoBoss. As there was not another way to arrange the delivery to my address or leave with a neighbour I took my custom elsewhere. They have said they will refund but I expect that i may have to wait a while by the sound of the terrible reviews they have had. It's appalling for such a prominent brand to treat customers this way.
Like many people here, while the quality of the clothing may be great, the service is appalling, in fact i have had better service from primark and Zara. I returned a suit, and it took over a month and multiple calls and emails from myself, to get a refund during which time i had to draw down money from my savings as i was short for essentials. By way of an apology they offered money off a future purchase. When i said i didn't want to shop with them again could they offer a gift, they just sent the same reply back offering a discount off future purchase. They really really don't live up to what you would expect and im not surprise they get the rating they do. I would advise anyone to look elsewhere. I have bought several suits from Reiss and the experience regarding the service is completely different so i will never shop at BOSS again. Like so many companies with poor service they have now messaged to say "please contact our care team" well I already did that and the whole paragraph of feedback is about that failure so clearly they don't even read these it's just a standard reply to any bad feedback
Giving them one star is too much! Horrible delivery system. Four days after the package should have been delivered, UPS is showing that the label is created but package not in their possession. Two calls to them and they will not even open an investigation or even cancel the order. Wish i had seen these ratings before ordering online with them. I am quite dissappointed with this company as I have always liked their stuff.
I purchased a pair of black jeans from Hugo Boss Westfield for my trip to Milan. The shop assistant forgot to remove the security tag (inside of leg) so I could not wear them. I returned them to the store and have been refunded. When I complained about the service I was told I had to email a complaint. I emailed twice and got no response. Tried phoning but no luck either. How does one contact Hugo Boss customer service?
I enjoyed an excellent shopping experience at Hugo (not Boss) in Westfields Shepherds Bush. I bought a suit that needed tailoring, the manager made sure it got sorted. The entire team were great and I will definitely be back to spend a little more with you guys on my next shopping trip. Thanks again!
upd: was sorted a week later, all refunded 1. UPS failed to deliver my order, I had to pick it up from a UPS store2. I returned all items ordered by dropping parcel in the same UPS store, there were no prepaid UPS pick up available3. Got an email from Boss today with refund for all items except one. Tried to call to get clarification and make them double check - they do no answer calls4. Have sent email to them to ask for clarification, but my previous 7 days old email to them is still not answeredI will have to proceed with paypal/amex claim/chargeback, and/or police claim if do not get any response in the next 30 days.
Terrible customer service. Have been trying to get a refund for a top that shrunk. Hugo Boss in Portsmouth were no help and in fact couldn’t care less. I asked for a customer service number and then an email address. A month later I still don’t have a satisfactory reply having supplied two sets of photos. Have a wardrobe full of Boss garments, I won’t be adding to them in the future.
