Wrong Items Received

I ordered a black sweatshirt and a zip neck polo, but instead received two pairs of socks. I hope the intended recipient has been contacted regarding this mix-up. I've emailed, sent messages, and called, but the representative I spoke to had no idea what to do and promised to email me back, yet I never heard from them.

Order Mistake

I am appalled by my experience. I ordered Chelsea boots with a side zip but received a completely different and inferior model. The shoes arrived in a large box, with the actual shoe box opened and accessories scattered everywhere, showing signs of prior use. To make matters worse, the correct boots are now out of stock. How can a brand that charges premium prices send out the wrong and damaged products? This has ruined my plans for an upcoming event and has left me very disappointed.

Disappointing Online Order Experience

Extremely disappointing experience. I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years, and this is my worst experience yet. I ordered a tracksuit during the Black Friday sale and chose delivery to the store, which had the correct address in all the emails. However, I was told I provided the wrong address, and my package was being returned. Now I have to wait for a refund and pay full price again if I want the tracksuit, which is likely no longer available. The store staff were unhelpful, and online support offered no real solutions. For a brand with such a reputation, this is unacceptable.

Order Not Received

I ordered on November 20 and received an email confirming shipment, but the courier's website only shows that a label was created, with nothing handed over yet... It's now December 8, and I still haven't received my items. I contacted customer support, who took four days to respond with a generic email stating they would investigate. Seven days later, there's still no reply. I plan to dispute the charges with my bank... this company has really declined; I used to love their products, but everything has changed for the worse.

Defective Item and Lack of Support

I purchased a winter jacket with a faulty zipper. I made the mistake of contacting customer support multiple times as instructed but received no response. When I finally called, they informed me that it was outside the 30-day return window. Despite having proof of my emails, they refused to honor an exchange.

Decline in Quality

I have always liked the brand, but the quality of basics like underwear, t-shirts, and socks has declined so significantly that I won’t buy anything from them again. My recently purchased items had holes after just a few weeks, and the fabric became brittle after the first wash. This brand is ruining its legacy.

Customer Service Issues

I'm now on my third watch. I have thick wrists, so the bracelets are a bit tight. Previously, I received spare links for free, but now they charge for them. You would expect a quality brand to provide better customer service. If this is how they treat customers, I may not purchase from them again.

Totally recommend Hugo Boss to shop at both online and instore

I purchased a lot of items in their singles sale last week, online. Normally get two sizes. One item I didn’t. So I tried to order (after all my items arrived & I realised my mistake) the smaller size BUT it was full price. Spoke with customer services. They said order size. If I keep they’ll refund the difference! Trousers - fabJumper - fabTshirt - amazing. I’ve been after this colour for long time Totally recommend Hugo Boss to shop at both online and instore

Poor customer experience and paid for goods not received

Purchased 2 T-shirts on the app and money was deducted from account; however, they have no record of the transaction in their system. I now have a dispute with CBA who will try and get the $300 back through goods purchased but not delivered.In addition to this, the app is at best a poor experience, and I've had to re-register twice.
