Don't know if this is the right place…

Don't know if this is the right place as Hugo boss in Trafford centre inside Selfridges is the worst customer experience ever. I brought a £280 jacket on sale which appeared damage on closer inspection when I was at home. I realize the quality of the jacket is below standards and decided to return it only to find out I can not get my money back also there was no items I wanted from that store as all I wanted was a winter jacket. So basically I had to use 280 pounds on anything else or take the damaged jacket because it's a sale item. If I knew that I wouldn't have brought it. I will never shop at Hugo boss again quality is shocking lol all these brands claim there clothes are high end quality but a jacket for 60 pounds will last longer. Every Hugo boss item Ive brought has not lasted even a year last time I shop there. Also the manager detty lied to me she will give me a full refund if I can't find anything by 30th Jan as when I turned up another manager though I was lying. long story so won't type everything on here however why can I not get a Selfridges voucher and use on other stores why can I only use in the Hugo boss stores if it's part of Selfridges and waste my money because of there own error of giving me damaged goods.

Atrocious customer service

Purchased multiple items online few days previously. Today, purchased additional items but shopping cart had same product purchased previously. Once receiving confirmation email, immediately contracted customer service to rectify and remove duplicate item from previous order. Customer service refused to remove item or escalate to management. My brand loyalty to Boss for 40 years is over.

Horrible service

Their online service is horrible. When I placed the order, the house number mysteriously disappeared from the order. I chatted with the customer service rep John, who told me that he can do nothing on his side, I have to contact the shipping company. No explanation about who their shipping company is, nothing he can do.I called them directly. After I got disconnected at least 5 times, I got to talk to a nice lady, who was at least kind enough to provide me with UPS numbers to call, because "BOSS cannot change the order, once it is placed, even if it has not been processed yet".I am appalled at the lack of service from what is supposed to be a premium brand. AVOID THEIR WEBSITE!!!

Ordered an expensive coat 2 weeks prior…

Ordered an expensive coat 2 weeks prior to Christmas and they did not have the size in stores. Ordered online from the store. Order dispatched and went missing. I had to chase UPS to finally find out they could not locate my parcel and to call Hugo Boss.Answer from customer service was. So sorry to hear that and I wonder why UPS would share with you that they could not locate the parcel. Will take up to 7 days to work out between us and UPS. Will let you know....To which I asked what they would do in the meantime as Christmas is a few days away.Unfortunately...nothing. For such expensive products..very lame customer service. Not spending anymore there...any time soon

absolutely dreadful online shopping…

absolutely dreadful online shopping experience. I ordered some items end of November and was notified it was sent via UPS but to date (2012/21) still no delivery. They have confirmed they are conducting an investigation but again this is now a financial burden to me.So I placed another order during black Friday sale and the box was delivered half open and items missing. Again they are investigating and i am yet to receive a refund for these items, again a financial burden on the consumer.So I still needed Christmas presents and thought I would place my 3rd order, arrived from Germany to the UK processing facility but has not arrived to me, so where is it? UPS cannot give anymore information than what is on the tracker and no one at Hugo Boss seems to care other than to re-iterate the tracking information which I can also read for myself.Overall appalling and disgusting consumer service, they take your money but offer no goods in return nor do they refund whilst the investigation is ongoing.My advice- do not buy from them directly. there are other retailers who sell these products and probably offer a better and quicker service.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I wanted to cancel an order as it clearly states online by Hugo boss themselves, that if they order is jot processed yet they will refund you, yet on Live chat was I was told differently in such a rude way this women called Lena had the audacity to be sarcastic and aggressive with the way she was talking when I was the one with the issue? Joke of a company and service I recommend no one uses this company. JOKE OF A COMPANYNotice the lack of reply’s on here to? They do not care save your money

Utterly appalling, item not delivered for weeks and multiple broken and false promises about delivery, customer service team some of the most dismissive people I've ever encountered in the rare event they respond

Terrible service

Terrible service They take so long to come . They say 3 to 6 business days more like 15 . They sent me second hand clothes . Clearly someone had worn them and sent them back . Clearly no one checks them . Highly disappointed.. I had this 2 years ago and stopped ordering. Nothing had changed a disgrace
