Online delivery appalling

Online delivery appalling - I ordered goods to be delivered only to receive an email saying UPS had failed to deliver and I would need to collect my items. We have a 24/7 fully staffed concierge so UPS failing to deliver isn’t feasible. The whole point of delivery is I didn’t want to collect. Now attempting to cancel order and get a refund - no doubt this will also be a problem. This brand has fallen far over the past few years and about time I move on

The Worst Online purchase I have even seen

Their website is extremely old. The shipping is extremely slow! it takes 2-3 weeks to ship some shirts from US to Canada. If you want to return in item you must send an email and request a shipping label. By their policy, you will need to wait for 6 business days to send you the shipping label, and after waiting nothing received and had to wait for another 6 business day to receive the shipping label. 99% of brands online websites now, you can just make the return request and receive the shipping label immediately. This brand still living in the old ages!

I purchased Hugo Boss shoes 2 weeks ago. Wore them 4 times to the office, they are already worn to a hole. Bad experience. I don't recommend this brand.

Time to switch...

Hugo Boss has gone from being a recognizable quality brand to a low quality fast fashion one! I've been a loyal customer for many years but have been getting repeatedly frustrated by the poor workmanship, designs and stitching recently. The new logo looks like a kids fashion brand, the quality has gone down while the prices have gone up. Also, they've opened so many new stores that the brand doesn't feel exclusive anymore. Time to switch to another brand that actually cares for what their selling and the customers!

Worst customer service I’ve ever had to…

Worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. Made a multiple order. Returned a jacket and they’re saying it hasn’t been received. Can’t seem to speak to anyone it’s constantly a message through their App system which obviously isn’t working. Wished I’d seen these reviews before purchasing. Hopefully making a claim through the bank. This seems like a scam won’t be making any further purchases that’s for sure and if I could give a - I would do as a 1 is too good tbf 😡

Absolutely horrible customer service! Bad quality products

Absolutely horrible customer service.I sent a complaint after my sweaters shrank after only one wash under the recommended temperature and the customer service had me going around in circles for weeks, first asking for pictures of the articles, then for the invoices of the ones bought at the store. After this they tell me that the ones bought at the store need to be handled with the store directly... than why ask me for the invoices??After several email exchanges, they say I need to send the articles to them to analyze... than why ask for pictures.They also mention that since I live in Switzerland, they can't refund the articles and would only be able to give me store credit... but I bought in the Swiss site so it's really not my fault that they have to export from other countries.I have now been waiting for more than a week for an answer to my last email and to receive the labels to send back the articles. Disappointing that the quality of the product is so bad for sweaters that cost around to 200 CHF each, more disappointing that the customer service is so incompetent and their processes seem designed to make you give up on your claims. I was a long time Boss customer but now recommend other brands instead

Ordered a jacket online

Ordered a jacket online, the wrong one was delivered. Sent it back via UPS. Hugo app says they’ve received the returned item on 9 April. It’s the 20th April and I’ve still not received my money back. You would expect major retail names to have return process perfect because it questions your commitment to a brand. I am going off you Hugo Boss! I am in the UK.Update: I went to the Guildford store and spoke to the manager. He was helpful and said he’d call customer service which he did and left me a voice mail. Update: got my money back after I called my bank and told them what had happened and they refunded me. Give this a go if you ordered online and didn’t get what you ordered.

Bought the pair leather trainers with odour-control
lining spend £200 birthday present .the parcel arrived late, not the date that was given.3 days later, I got it .when I received the parcel, the size was wrong. I ordered 7, and on the box, it said 7, but the pair in the box was 8. There is no point sending the parcel back will take longer, so I had pop in hugo Boss Branch in Stratford westfield.Ordered size 7 again. Which will again take time to get back to me. Wasted my time and energy absolutely. Had to email hugo boss they offered me 10%with next order .. unfortunately I will not shop again .

Made an order and it never arrived

Made an order and was expecting it to arrive on 16th, checked UPS tracker and it showed for 4 days that it “expect today” - nothing arrived. I’ve contacted Hugo Boss customer service and they said that had my address wrong. I’ve shared my address and emailed twice but no reply. Still have no clue to what happened and when my order is gonna arrive.
