Review Time
I made an order via the app. I then noticed that the reviews on here were really bad and was thinking I had made a mistake buying from them. I genuinely thought it was a dodgy site and I would lose my money. Well thankfully I have today received my order and I have today the communication was brilliant from start to finish. Had I have read the reviews first I am certain that I would not have purchased anything. The price was fantastic and the shipping was free! I will definitely be using again in future!
I tried to return my online order in their Glasgow branch on 25 June 2024. The shop assistants told me that there was an issue with the system, which meant they couldn’t find my orders, and offered to hand over my returns to UPS and I accepted their offer. Almost a month later, I haven’t received any news regarding my returns and my attempts at getting in touch with customer service have all been unsuccessful. Even companies a hundred times smaller than Hugo Boss offer much better customer experience than this joke they’re offering their customers.
After being a loyal customer for many years and spending in excess of £4000 this year I amNow done with this brand . I paid £900 for a suitcase that after just one short flight has more damage on it than a battered cod . It truly is not fit for purpose and should be withdrawn from sale . The dents are so severe I am going to throw it away . They do not care and only wish point out that I should expect normal wear . Thieves and a disgrace .
I think Hugo Boss is a brilliant brand, and my mum bought me the Gremlins hoodie for Christmas which was an excellent present, and I loved it so much I then bought a Dog hoodie! I recommend anybody buying their t-shirts and hoodies! Phenomenal quality! 😊 😃
NEVER order from BOSS online I ordered 2 pairs of slacks 6 weeks ago, of course they took my funds immediately, all I receive from their customer service if you want to call them customer service ( they are useless) is they are working on it.The pants were shipped only 100 miles from my residence and a donkey could have covered that distance by now. Time to call Master Card and report Fraud ...i will never buy from Boss again steve
Terrible company and service, no one ever replies to emails or answers the phone at the London or Riyadh stores, Ihave been waiting since 04/06/2024 fopr a reply and called in to the Nottingham and london stores as well as Riyadh and still no response from anyone?I have contacted the customer care as suggested below and no response to 6 emails, does anyone care at HB!? Happy to take your money, not happy to talk to you with complaints!
