Saw a nice top in store - but not the right size.Helpful sales person phoned another store and arranged for it to be delivered to his shop.10 Days later we phoned to chase up - to be told it had only just arrived.Went to the store to find it was the wrong item that the other store shipped AND no one in the local store had checked .Bearing in mind we had a 70 mile round trip we asked for a good discount on an alternative item as compensation.The sales person was very polite and helpful but the manager hid backshop and only offered 10% on a non returnable basis.Nice front of house staff but poor customer service behind that.Did try phoning UK HQ - just get put on "musak" hold without even confirming the business that you are through to.
Thought I’d treat my self with a couple of pairs of kinda pricey Hugo Boss pants. No waist size on the box apart from S, M or L had a chat with a sales person, and I had bought pants before so opted for a M. A week later it was date night and the perfect outing for my new pants but once I put them on they were so tight! And what the hell was that boring into the small of my back but the crappiest self serving label - with no waist size!!! Pants unaware able Emailed to HB, completed all there Q&As and after several emails was told nothing to do with them and I’d have to go back to the retailer. They’d closed down. Back to my Lidl pants
I bought a Hugo Boss watch which recently slipped off my wrist as I was fastening it on, onto the wooden kitchen floor. When I picked it up the glass wasn't damaged but all the gold coloured Roman numerals on the face of the watch had fallen off and were loose inside.I contacted HB who said they had a company who dealt with their watches. This company then forwarded my complaint to another company and then on to a Watch repair company. They said they couldn't do anything about the problem under guarantee and I should re-contact HB again or send it to them to see if they could repair it. The watch was about £170 and really you don't expect something like this to happen when the glass face wasn't even cracked. Personally I would recommend any potential Buyer of a HB watch to think again as their after sales service is atrocious and the product is not well made!
MY GOODS WERE SENT TO AN OLD ADRESS WHEN I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICES THEY STATED MUST HAVE BEEN YOUR FAULT BASICALLY CALLING ME A LIAR WHEN CLEARLY THE INVOICE WAS MARKED WITH MY CORRECT ADDRESS. THE GOODS CANNOT BE COLLECTED I WAS INFORMED AS WE HAVE DELIVERED EVEN IF IT IS THE INCORRECT ADDRESS.I WAS INFORMED ALSO CONTACT UPS IF YOU SO WISH.OUTCOME BASICALLY THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT GIVE AFTER SERVICE FOR LOYALTY..
I bought a pair of ''Mixed material Trainers'' for just shy of £170, in the mistaken belief that they would be a worthwhile investment and would last ages. I.e. longer than my previous pair of Adidas ones that cost half that and lasted nearly a year, having been used for general casual wear, plus a couple of runs and a few gym sessions a week. I was VERY wrong. They lasted three months before I had holes in the soles and fraying of the stitching. Now guys, before you give me the old line of ''it's supposed to be a fashion shoe'', i'm sorry, NO DICE. If you're selling them as trainers, they should be up to the task of training. These are good if your game is hanging out with your mates, showing of your latest threads, but if you're any kind of athlete, save your money and go with a dedicated athletics brand. Sorry guys, not impressed. Bad show.
Sadly I am unable to provide a positive experience with this store or their after sales services. I made a purchase in store, attempted to arrange a refund, of an unworn item, with all tags still attached. The refund was refused on the basis that sale items are non refundable. These terms were not made clear at point of purchase, and the receipt was placed in the bag. Not allowing me an opportunity to check Ts & Cs. I challenged this with after sales and was met with reasonable obnoxious responses not answering direct questions until I re-iterated my points. That a) T&C were no made clear b) Signage was inadequate c) The item was in perfect condition. The Hugo Boss post sales management refused to acknowledge my point and have advised me to pursue a legal claim. Which I will be considering. As a result I will not be purchasing anything from Hugo Boss again. I urge you to reconsider engaging with an organisation whom manner and customer sales requires examination.
I made a transaction for nearly £260 in the Hugo Boss UK flagship store. They didn't have the items in store. But arranged to deliever the items. They had a problem with their computer system, so I waited ages to pay for the item in the store.The items never arrived to my house on the expected delivery dates, so I rang up customer services. They found out the items were delivered to the store instead of my house. They promised to deliver the items to my home. But it still didn't arrive. I emailed them and then I rang up customer services again. I demanded a refund and was told they would look into it. But I was never contacted at all and the items were never delivered.It's almost six months now, since I made the transaction. I have emailed them again today for a full refund and will contact Trading Standards if I don't get a response within two weeks. I will never shop in Hugo Boss again. This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had.
