OMG after being a Boss customer for many years I will now never buy from them again. We bought 2 leather bags from them and both have de-laminated. Boss are not interested but clearly there is a manufacturing fault.VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
Considering the proce you espect some quality but thats not the case! Bought chinos but the collor faided the first time after washing (washed inside out, no bleching 30 degres C) after just three months i got a hole in these pair of tousers!Expensive poor quality do not buy!
I sent me son to buy a Hugo Boss suit for his prom night from the Regent St store in London. He said when he got there the retail assistant on arrival told him it was not Boss store but a Hugo Boss store and he had to go to Westfield Centre for the Boss Store (this went back and forth for a while). My son was wearing casual shorts & t-shirt so I think he assumed he did not want or could afford the suits. Anyway my son got fed up and went to a store opposite.
We have been buying Hugo Boss for years. My partner's wardrobe is full of it. I purchased a shirt for his birthday, last month. He tried the shirt for size and then I wrapped it up. Upon opening the shirt and putting it on to wear, we noticed some pulls. Upon further inspection there were several pulls. I reported the fault to Hugo Boss and expected a refund. They have said that I can only have a credit note, which is extremely disappointing but legal, as it's over 30 days since purchase. The thing I do not like is that you have to spend more than the credit note in order to purchase something. Surely this isn't legal practice? After this experience and seeing the 1 star rating on here my partner will be switching brands! So disappointed to be let down by a brand I thought we could trust.
I ordered 3 trousers for my husband. He usually buy BOSS trousers offline. This time I ordered online. All 3 came with incorrect size. Indicated 36 for all the countries that can not be… Because actually Sizes are always different in different countries. On papers from trousers that we bought offline the sizes are different for different countries. All 3 trousers that I ordered online have the same sizes for different countries… Of course sizes are not ok. I send everything back and they took 30 EUR for delivery 🙀🙀🙀One more think about sizes on the website: nothing about sizes for skinny trousers. Actually it is quite difficult to understand what size I need even if I have measurements. But I just ordered the same size we always buy for this model. And all 3 came incorrect with mislabeled.
Advised i would receive a delivery from UPS today the delivery never attempted delivery and went straight to a drop off point, to which the goods are not at a drop off point, called online chat and no real adequate responses no idea if theirs package will arrive avoid Looking at UPS reviews baffles my how a premium retailer could use such a poor partner, both off my shopping lists going forward
Very poor quality. I have bought many jeans and polo shirts over the last years and everything was destroyed after a few month. The colors are washed very quickly, the polos have holes in it after 6-8 weeks and the jeans are the worst I have ever seen. The cotton I literally falling apart and big holes are everywhere. I had never such problems with any other brand. Finally I stopped buying Hugo Boss clothes.
I ordered a shirt & they sent a tiny belt. They asked for a photo & a number then said the shirt was worth £25 when it was £99. They also didn't say why the wrong item was delivered & where my shirt was. They also said they cannot send items that have not arrived & l would have to send the item back myself & reorder my item. Appalling non existent customer service. I have spent a fortune on Hugo Boss but will never buy anything from them ever again. A complete KEECH company as we sat in Scotland. Once they have your money they couldn't care less. The worst reviews for any company l have ever seen says it all. Modern day BANDITS.
I bought several items and two extra T-shirts from the outlet store. However, had to return 2 items. I went to the store to return those within 15 days. Merchandise was with original tags, not even tried or worn or washed- just the same as I had picked up from the store. I also had the receipt with me. They refused to give me a refund. Instead, they gave me a store gift card. On top of that, they showed me their return policy which was written in very small letters on a transparent placard. That was also misleading. The first statement stated merchandise could be returned in 30 days. The next statement stated they would only provide a store credit. They expect customers to read this non-readable placard on their own. Extremely disappointing experience considering this store is known for designer clothing, but it appears they are actually just waiting to crook the customers.
The team is completely inadequate, they don't answer my email, they ignore me, I haven't received the product and I've been trying to contact them for a month to get a refund, and nothing, they ignore me and just say wait for the email soon...
