the item did not fit my neck very well and is quite hard. the heat was sufficient. The electrical stimulation works fairly well. It doesn't hold much of a charge, so you have to charge it frequently. Found a way to make it work for me.
The item was not what I expected. I reached out to them to return it and they got back to me promptly. Due to the high shipping cost to return it, I opted to receive 50% back in a refund. It was very easy to correspond with them which has made this experience much more pleasant.

Charging the battery was a breeze, took about 3 hours, and it was ready for use. Unfortunately, I am unable to use the massager. However, the company 100% stands by their refund policy. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.
