I love my Hugterra neck massager

I love my Hugterra neck massager. In fact I have bought 4 of them. I gave one to my daughter, one to my granddaughter and I kept an extra one for myself as a backup. If I go out of town I take it with me. It has really helped to relax the muscles in my upper back and I had something else I never expected. I had a hand surgery already scheduled because for months I had trouble with the tendons at the base of my thumb tightening up causing pain and not able to grip. Just a few days after using my Hugterra every day, I noticed I had no pain in my hand. I canceled my surgery and it has been several months now and my hand is still doing good. I’m very happy with my neck massager.

Helping my arthritis...

I have arthritis in my neck and was skeptical about the electric pulses. My doctor said it was okay to try. It helps gently stretch the area and relieve the pressure. I keep the EMS on low and the heat on high. It gives me relief for hours.

"Looks like a scam" hopefully it was only my concern!

The item has been ordered since September. The Hugterra staff had prolonged the delivery cause of my address, after two months of delay they asked for US address, after I provide them with US address they still play round with my order. No money which is back guaranteed is provided into my account! All this looked like scam.But now I'm waiting the order to be delivered in the right address in US after prompt answer from Hugterra that my claim is being processed through carrier GOFO and thanking also to 'trust pilot' I'm in good way to recapitulate my concerns and finally get the proper service I thought I've lost.Sorry for any inconvenience!

Great Company

I received the Hugterra massage belt very promptly. The belt is very well made, and the fitment was great. (6' 3" 210lbs). The belt was great, but my situation ended up being a substantial back injury, that would unfortunately require medical attention. Customer service was great! They worked with me on the purchase price of the belt, and allowed me to keep it too! Talk about getting the cake and eating it too. Thx Hugterra!
