My husband actually came across this product doing some research for a herniated disc in my lower back. Honestly was willing to try anything to help it!! Have had this around 2 weeks now and have loved it! It is far more comfortable than any other one out there and the heat and vibration help a ton! Absolutely best purchase I have made in a while!
I order the hugterra. I have yet to receive my product. I keep asking for a refund and all I told is that its being investigated. I am still waiting for my refund. I am highly disappointed and I most likely file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau
I ordered the neck massager, and unfortunately, it did not work for me as I needed it to. However, the company worked with me to meet a satisfactory and mutual situation where I would receive partial refund and I was able to pass off this massager as a gift to a friend Friend, who I believe this neck massager will work for her. I purchased the massager in August 2025 and use it about once or twice a week - when time permits. The mold is easy to use, and I prefer the EMS massage over all others.I use it for 15 minutes when I first wake up in the morning to get the creaks out of my neck.
