Although Hugterra didn't help my acute cervical spinal stenosis (surgery is my only option), their outstanding customer service team understood this and offered me a very fair refund for trying this device. I'm confident the Hugterra would give much relief to those whose issues aren’t as severe.
I had received the Hugterra which I tried using and was helpful for my neck pain. Due to my earlier health conditions of my shoulder, I am unable to use it. Had reached out to Hugterra team, to return it, which they offerred to gift to someone and has also refunded me some amount. Thanks Hugterra team, for the prompt response and understanding my situation.
I found the Hugterra product to be of good quality and sturdy, but I had to ask for a refund. It is just too hard and not comfortable for my neck at all. I had 4 other family members try it and it was not comfortable for them either. The return shipping is very expensive and not covered by the company. The customer service was helpful and informative.
