I purchased the Hugtera a few months ago. I have received burns or blisters on the back of my neck on each side from the electrodes. Each time I feel a stinging sensation in my neck. I have emailed the company directly and I'm waiting for a response. I see in some of the reviews that I'm not the only one that had this problem. I'm really concerned that no refund or partial refund is available. Just wanted you to know.
I was getting tingling down my arm from a pinched nerve in my neck. After using this for about a week, the tingling started to fade. Now it's almost completely gone. I think the traction combined with the EMS really helped open up the nerve pathway.
