Woman age discriminated me and my father inside the cex store. I felt extremely unwelcome. I was trying to purchase a game for my unwell brother. Cex has lost a valuable customer. I will not be returning to this establishment. I am furious and appalled.

Even when a product is already in Ireland, they somehow take more than 10 days to deliver it — all while charging €3.40 for shipping. What’s even more frustrating is that there’s no communication or update on the progress unless I open a support ticket. Only then does the store suddenly start checking the status of the order. This shouldn’t be the customer’s responsibility; CeX should proactively track and manage their orders.LOGITECH Wave Keys Wireless Keyboard - Graphite, AWhen a product is graded A, I expect the store to properly inspect and verify its condition before assigning that grade. Just having the original box isn’t enough. The keyboard I received did have some minor wear and tear, which is understandable for a used item — but the palm rest was not in good condition and appeared to have signs of water damage. This is something that should have been caught during inspection, and based on this condition, it definitely shouldn’t have been graded A. If it had been graded appropriately, I would have known exactly what I was buying, set my expectations accordingly, and paid a lower price. Instead, I paid almost full price for something that clearly didn’t meet the promised standard.
would have been 5 stars if my product came the first time.so i ordered a product for cex and it said it still hasn’t been dispatched after a week of waiting until they sent me an email saying that the product i ordered wasn’t in stock. so i waited until it was back in stock and bought it and it arrived in 3 days. very quick delivery.
Ordered 6 items and have problems with 4 of them. 2 they sent the incorrect item and it was of lower spec than what i ordered. Another item is faulty and the last one I fixed myself. Customer service should be bending over backwards to fix their mistakes but they are unreasonable.***Edited to include a response to the reply from.the company...The faulty item is a psone dual shock controller the X button was DOA. Every other button works. There is no way I believe this could have been tested as X is literally the most pressed button on any PlayStation controller. The incorrect items. Item 1. A 2 disk game, only had one disk inside which was not even the right game. Could the staff member who packed the order not count as high as two?Item 2. The console itself which had different options online based on the controller that was supplied with it. You sent the wrong controller which was an option that worked out about 15% cheaper. And you are just keeping that extra money...The correct resolution should be to send me the correct item and collect the wrong items at the same time. If I return the console first your customer support has said you may not ship me the correct console I ordered and paid for. Then I will be left with no console and a bunch of useless games and accessories. The nearest store is not near at all and does not have the same items i require which is why I chose to buy online.
