I ordered a rock band controller online. They tried to disassemble it in order to fit in a small box, tore off the wires connecting to a battery, found out that they can't fit it in a small box, placed controller in a bigger box, without assembling it back, and sent me a disassembled broken mess.
I ordered a 14tb hdd, when I asked where it was after a week. They told me it had been delivered. When I said I wasn’t there to receive it, they sent me a photo of a completely different house and address, and said “it was delivered and here’s the proof” I had to prove it wasn’t my house or address and then I waited 2 weeks and got a refund, no apology, nothing, complete waste of time and unprofessional. They wasted a lot of my time.
I don't want to waste any more of my time on this company so this will be to the point. 1. Had to buy 3 laptops in space of 5 weeks - first one battery problem, second one charger problem, third one password was locked (which eventually got fixed) 2. Was sold a hard drive which was incompatible with new laptop bought on same day. Had to go back and buy adapter. Had to argue to get refund for this when I returned original laptop, even though it was there lack of duty of care when selling me two things together that would not work together3. They lost my laptop case when I was in for battery check (have since got it back) 4. Long waiting times in Swords (there might be lots of staff out the back but only one person serving out front) 5. Clearly not enough checks on laptops before they're sold - 2/3 were not fit for purpose
