The wrong item was shipped

The wrong item was shipped, a 256gb micro instead of a 512gb. When brought into store, where online there was three listed as available the correct capacity to exchange for the same price there was none available except one that was more expensive.

Game I bought came wrapped in sticky tape on the box. The tape was stuck to it and If I pull it off it will damage the box. Really annoyed

It’s great but could be so much better,,,,

It’s great to have a shop that deals in retro gaming. My only problem is the lack of care given to the products, they need to get better at the very least of cleaning and get the product looking as good as possible.
