I have always loved going to cex to buy games or sell stuff and the workers are always so kind. But today, i had a horrible experience. I was selling Meta quest 2, and when it got done testing, i was told it couldnt be sold because of one tiny unnoticable crack. What really shocks me Is that when I sold my switch that was missing a stand and had some minor cracks, they accepted it, but they wont accept a headset with ONE unnoticable crack.
I was sold a faulty game and when I asked for a refund I was told I had to create an account to receive it. This is ridiculous. I don't want or need an account and the two blokes that were behind the counter were both very rude and unhelpful. I said to the guy behind the counter that he just sold me a game that was faulty and he just nodded and said 'yep'.This place is shocking. Way overpriced with brutal staff.This was in Douglas shopping centre in Cork.
