Ordered product it came the next day. Item as described and in close to new condition. Found out that product wasn't really for me, so brought it back to a CEX shop in person where staff received it swiftly and without fuss. Cannot fault CEX at any stage of the process, will shop there again no problem at all.
The wrong item was shipped, a 256gb micro instead of a 512gb. When brought into store, where online there was three listed as available the correct capacity to exchange for the same price there was none available except one that was more expensive.
