I ordered an iPad case and received the incorrect item. The case was for a much smaller device than what it was listed as on the website. I was able to return the case no problem but they didn’t actually have the one that I ordered. Seems that the item was put into the website incorrectly. The staff was helpful and apologetic for the situation. However, this oversight has been disappointing as I was looking forward to a new case.
Bought second hand PS5 arrived in 3 days great prompt service.However the PS5 was filthy and controller used and dirty. I gave it a full clean and wipe myself but considering I paid 400€ for a second hand ps5 you'd think they would do a full clean of the console of dust and dirt before selling on....
I ordered an original PlayStation with a dual shock controller. It arrived with no power cable and the wrong controller, the older type. Contacted customer service, they shipped the power cable, fair enough. But for the controller, bizarrely suggested that as that is what the store had bought in, that is what I should accept. Not acceptable. They then advised only recourse was to send the whole thing back. They refused to ship the correct controller or refund the value difference of €10 either of which I would have been happy with. Extremely poor and inflexible customer service.
Items listed for click and collect online suddenly couldnt be found instore as soon as order was payed for. This meant they were cancelled. 2 of the dvds were in terrible condition upon 1st opening. I understand used but these were filthy with food bits and covered in fingerprints.
