First time I ordered AirPods just the case arrived, then I had it refunded in store and had to wait 40 mins for them to check with the dispatch centre. Then I bought the same AirPods in store and they didn’t work and also weren’t even cleaned there was earwax still on the AirPods. And then I had to go back in to have them refunded, again this took around 20 mins for them to refund me. Definitely won’t be shopping here again
I purchased a phone online for my dad. It was too small for him to use so I went to Nutgrove SC CEX and the young guy behind the desk was so helpful and exchanged the phone for a phone my dad could use and the screen was easy for him to work I would highly recommended CEXThank you Niamh
I bought a PS4 game and when it was delivered to me there was a big deep scratch on the disc and the game would not work. The box or packaging was not damaged so the game was shipped out to me with the big scratch on it. Disappointing that the disc was not inspected before shipping :(
