My experience with CEX is OK with a little twist. I ordered a specific model of wireless charger for my mobile and sent another model that is not what I ordered. But I returned it my my local CEX shop and I was refunded a few days later. So kudos to the CEX and their team that even they reply to my query on a Sunday!. Thanks.
Got a Elgato HD60 X, BArrived fast, was expecting it to take a couple days more but it took 2 days to get here. Looks and works as new, came with hdmi and usbA-usbC cables. Really happy with the product and with the experience. Spent more time unwrapping the bubble wrap than testing ahaha very well packaged.
