Next to yodel, probably one of the worst delivery companies. Was sent a parcel at the start of Dec. Told that it couldn't be delivered to my local post office . The parcel was sent back to the sender who didn't receive it. Told it was lost, then arrived 22nd January.
Constantly losing parcels. Shocking.

Easy to use. I’m new to sending parcels, but the whole process is really straightforward and only takes a few minutes. I did make a mistake with my first parcel by choosing the wrong size, but once you get a feel for the sizing, it becomes much simpler.

Had message to say delivering 2Feb, didn't turn up, another message -Problem with your address contact us, checked through website couldn't see how to contact, no webchat button etc. Another message delivering 4 Feb, didn't arrive. Decided to redirect to Inpost Locker, all agreed but then no further details. Phoned Inpost - told 'we don't know when parcel will be put in locker ! Supplier had been told it was there but not given 6 digit code. Finally 2 days later received email to say parcel in locker and here's the code ! All very frustrating.

The process of returning an item through InPost was so simple and smooth. The fact that one can do this 24/7 is a MASSIVE benefit over any other return services.

Apart from not being able to deposit a parcel at my nearest drop off in Stubbington as it was full (seems to be very popular) the next nearest Lidl went very well and I think I have got the process off pat now. Very good

Happy once again with Inpost, 2nd time used and most reliable compared to Yodel delivery. Yes means collecting yourself, but at least it is there, avoids hunting down where Yodel have left it unexpectedly.
Removes the hassle and stress for me personally with parcels delivered via them.

I hope a postive experience continues with Inpost as this is now my preferred choice with Yodel parcels.

The boxes are easy and straight forward to use and were a boon as I work full time. Sadly the boxes closest to me have been removed for reasons of “customer complaints” (it was outside a Co-Op) which frankly I find inexplicable.
