The locker box is located close to my home and easy to access however it never scans the barcodes anymore we have to type in the full reference number every time which if it’s raining is not ideal as not located under cover even though there is room for it to be undercover
JJD0002215010351208 - This parcel had to go from Liverpool to Salford. The fact it’s being sent via Lutterworth like almost all your parcels now is bizarre. The wait times on parcels has just got longer and longer.
Sadly it took 2 attempts to post my parcel as the one I used was full the first time around. It's a testament as to how popular it is, albeit frustrating that after walking all the way to it, learning it was full. It would be great if there are opportunities to pre-book a locker in the future or understand locker availability so that the trip is not wasted.
The delivery was fine....but at stafford lane depot....they were poor. I walked the mile there to be told the person on the counter had no idea what to do...and to come back in the afternoon. So walked the mile back home. In the afternoon I walked the mile back again, , and the person found it in 10 seconds.....and so walked the mile home again. They staff should know where the stuff is surely
Really easy system to use. Convenient. Good for people who work and can't wait in for parcels as you can choose the collection point and ho whenever suits you. Would definitely use again!
Access code made it easy to get my parcel. Communication was good from start to finish.
Would definitely use In Post collection again as it’s easy to use and you don’t have to worry about being home to accept a parcel. I don’t have a good experience of Yodel deliveries to the house(2 to the wrong address) so will use the In Post collection again if the option is available.
InPost is usually really easy to use. This time the screen at the lockers wasn’t working. I rang the number underneath the screen and the employee was able to remotely sort it, though it took some time and it was freezing cold! That’s why I’ve given a four not a five, but this is the first time I’ve encountered an issue to be fair.
It's been good experience so far, very easy and convenient. But when I found another customer's item was in the same locker, I got a bit worried. I took a photo of the other parcel and then put it back and locked it up. I can provide the photo if needed.

Would have liked longer time scale for collection as I was away hense delivery to my local in post. Fortunately I arrived back in time to collect.
Next to yodel, probably one of the worst delivery companies. Was sent a parcel at the start of Dec. Told that it couldn't be delivered to my local post office . The parcel was sent back to the sender who didn't receive it. Told it was lost, then arrived 22nd January.
Constantly losing parcels. Shocking.
