Can be useful, but sometimes they leave any big parcels in the shop which is closed in the evening, but say it is in the lockers. Also the computer system is prone to odd and frustrating frequent glitches, and the qr or parcel reader on the front of the locker box refuses to scan the barcode. All making for a few trips of wasted fuel, time and journeys, especially if they have changed the delivery location choice.
So easy! I received an SMS and an email advising me that my parcel was ready for collection from my local InPost locker. I arrived about an hour later, scanned the QR code that was in the email, et voilà! A box popped open and I collected my parcel. The system is user-friendly and convenient, and I'll definitely use it again.
Wow .., I’d never used this service before or heard about it. I bought some items off line and the sender suggested sending it via InPost. I googled it to see what it was, how it worked and where my nearest pick up points are. From the receivers point of view very easy to use , kept in the loop via texts and emails and the price was sensible and not over priced.
InPost is simple to use and my favourite way of mailing.
There is just one problem in that I can't reach the top units. Just recently I have had a few items in the top units which I cant even see let alone reach. I have had to wait for someone taller to come by to help me out.
I am 5'4"
I use the same locker/s they're close and convenient. The customer service was great when my locker didn't register closed. They were able to access it remotely so I could try another locker that wasn't faulty. 99% of my parcels arrive on time, and intact. The rare few that have gone missing have been compensated quickly. I like playing locker roulette too
Simple, clear information on sizing and price.
On searching for the InPost I wanted from giving the recipients postcode it didn’t show up in the choices.
I googled the particular locker and found out it was full. Could this information show up when initially given the details of lockers?
It’s so easy to collect parcels especially as I work at Morrison’s where the In-Post machine is installed. The reminder to collect emails are great and so easy to scan or tap in a code and fun waiting for a door to open.
The inpost locker it recommended me to send to was in a secure apartment complex which you needed access to the building to get into. If you didn’t live there you can’t access the building so therefore couldn’t collect any of my parcels from the location
Easy to post, shall i say in ur comfort zone. Do the return no printing needed.. juat scan the bar cod or qr code n ur done.
U dont habe to wait in long lines, explaining whats inside, how much is the weight etc ... just go scan the code and close the door.
Do not select home delivery. I did this and even though the tracking said my parcel had been delivered it was not received. The tracking stated "left in a safe place", but absolutely no information as to where this safe place was. The item was ordered through Vinted and because In Post stated it had been delivered they will not refund me, even though the item hasn't been received.
