I understand this is run by Vinted and they always 'lose' parcels and if you call them, they won't give you any details or they won't investigate because they say to contact Vinted. And Vinted is not helping either. Terrible

I genuinely love using Inpost. They make it so easy to send off parcels, no issues with delivery and addresses because the lockers are accessible, there are sometimes issues with availability but that's not a company issue that they can help. The parcel got to my friend in under 4 days, fast and convenient, I much prefer using it to Royal Mail. Thank you. I would have also sent a parcel to my sister at Uni but the closest locker they have to them is currently out of service.

I usually love inpost. Communication is excellent as is customer service.
Unfortunately I'm giving a low score for my recent experience because their business model doesn't make sense to me.
I sold an item on vinted and the buyer chose Inpost for delivery.
The item was delivered to a locker chosen by the buyer but she didn't bother picking it up.
This was despite being informed by me, vinted and inpost that the parcel was at her chosen locker.
She read the messages I sent her but ignored them and didn't bother collecting it.
Inpost return any undelivered parcels to the sender and don't charge the buyer postage.
This means if people can't be bothered to collect parcels they get all their money back.
Inpost must lose a lot of profits because of this happening.
If a buyer doesn't collect their parcel they should not be refunded the postage.

I have been using this system for over a year now and apart from one instance where I got the wrong parcel, everything is very good.
This is way better than rushing to the post office or parcel shop, just scan and confirm and the job is done.

Must say, first time using InPost and I was impressed with how easy it all was. Delivered on a Sunday as well which is handy as I work all week. You're kept well informed throughout the whole journey so you can't fault them really.

Collection from lockers is so easy. Scan QR code, wait for door to open, collect parcel and close door. Job done! Cannot fault the process.
Not had any issues yet. Most deliveries have gotten to me within 3 days maximum which is great!.
