Excellent!
So easy to follow instructions.
Great tracking.
Find all the updates and instructions really thorough.
Easy to use at the lockers and scanning is easy to do.
Even remote works well when I request a pick up from family or friend.
Great service, quick and easy and plenty of lockers available in various sizes.
I really enjoy sending and receiving and have never had an issue with this option.
Highly recommend!

Simple and straightforward as live in block of flats where some tenants leave lobby door open which means anyone could just wander in and pinch a parcel. Not happened to me yet but tried the above in case I order something bit more valuable.

It works really well until it doesn't - then it's abominable!
I sent a package to a buyer via Vinted nearly 2 weeks ago. However the lockers on her side have broken down and she cannot access the package.
She has contacted inpost to bake a complaint and ask when she can access her package. I have not been notified by inpost except that it's waiting for the seller to pick it up. It's only when I contacted her to ask what's happening I have learned this.
According to her, Inpost continues to be ineffective around how and when this situation is resolved.
It has resulted in potential:
Loss of money for her - for a service she has paid for
Loss of money for me - for an item that I have sent to her

Please tell me how this will be resolved so that this lady gets her parcel, so I get my money.

I STRONGLY recommend that when this happens BOTH parties are informed with ETAs for how this is resolved. Life is busy and stressful enough without having to deal with things like this, especially when it's a service that's being paid for!

The first email sent by InPost stated that the parcel was coming from Northern Garms a company I’ve never heard of before until getting the email.
I had to get in touch with Northern Garms to find out why and what was going on.
It wasn’t until this morning when I got a email to say the parcel was ready for collection that it actually stated it was from Blanc Menswear.
This hasn’t been a great experience in using InPost for the first time, although I had no problem in picking the parcel up.
