Review Time
I arrived at the locker as the Inpost driver was scanning his parcels. He told me I would have to wait 7 minutes (in the cold) whilst he emptied them all. He then proceeded to empty the lockers and throwing/dropping the parcels on the floor/mud. When he had finished I asked if he would be able to take the parcel I was about to put in the locker, he told me no, it would have to wait and be collected tomorrow!
There is a lack of instruction as to how to use & what needs to be done when you first use this system prior to going to the locker. When at the boxes it is clearer. Just give better info, online for procedure.
Inpost is so efficient and reliable. Had no problems with every single one of my vinted orders. Which I find so perplexing because their partner company yodel has caused nothing but issues. Maybe inpost stuff is prioritized? Recommend inpost do not recommend yodel
I’ve used InPost a few times now and it’s been really convenient. The lockers are easy to use, collection is quick, and I like being able to pick up parcels at a time that suits me. Much simpler than waiting in for deliveries.

Much better than going to a traditional Post Office and waiting in a line for a very long time.
Great when it works obviously, would be a lot better the more lockers they have available as it’s preferable to going into a shop to drop something off, but that’s also a con at the same time as you risk wasting a whole trip to only to find it full even though online indicated lockers are available 😅
Pros and cons but fortunately on a whole for me it’s been decent. I do think the locker to door service is a lot less reliable and much slower though than locker to locker.
It’s very convenient to pick up here but the drawer was at the very bottom and the parcel had been thrown right to the back. I struggled to reach it. Other than that it’s good.
I use the InPost lockers almost every week for my Vinted sales. It’s so much easier than queuing at the Post Office. Just scan the QR code, a locker pops open, and you're sorted. Never had a parcel go missing so far, which is more than I can say for some other couriers!
They sent my parcel back to depot and didn't bother to inform me. It took me 3 hours and 9(!!!) different customer service advisors to find out what's happened.
Ridiculous, most of them can't even read or write by themselves.
It's so easy and convenient to use I am informed of it's progress and when it's waiting for me to collect and my local pickup is only a 15 minute walk away plus I get 3 days to collect it.
