Searching for a locker using my postcode only showed one nearby location, even though I know there are several others in the area. I ended up having to use Google Maps to find postcodes for nearby areas and search again just to get other lockers to appear.

My usual locker showed as full on the website, so I travelled to an alternative that was listed as having availability in every locker size. After parking up, I discovered the locker wasn’t working at all (error message on screen).

I then had to go back to Google Maps again, find another postcode, and search for another locker. I drove to that location, only to be told the lockers were actually full, despite the website showing availability. Wicked!

At that point I had to repeat the process again, finding another postcode and searching for a third locker across town. Thankfully this one was actually working and had space available, but the whole experience was incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of time.

The locker availability shown online clearly isn’t reliable, and the postcode search doesn’t show nearby options properly. It made what should have been a quick drop-off far more difficult than it needed to be.

I purchased a jacket costing over £100 via vinted the app stated going to be delivered on the 28/02@ 10.10. @ 13.26 stated delivered but my husband waited all day due to me being working i then got notification that it was sent back to the sender. I phoned today 02/03 to be talked down to over the phone by someone foreign that wouldn't give me the time of day. Im sorry but this is not acceptable I paid for a service which you couldn't even be bothered talking to me/ talking over me. Inpost please look into youre Customer service..

Maybe ask your post guys not to chick everything in to the back of the box especially the top one. We’re no all 6ft 5 with arms a metre long!

Find a locker website is not accurate and failed. The locker I went to showed and is still showing completely empty, but when i got there it was completely full. I went to another locker which would not accept my scan barcode, the third locker actually accepted my parcel, much to my surprise. Using InPost is always a dread from past and today's experience.

A great Polish company that is truly going global! Definitely benefiting from the other couriers like Evri becoming pariahs on the market. The deliveryis GUARANTEED - nothing short of it. Always happy when a website offers Inpost, wish all ecommerce had this option. The Inpost wall is literally round the corner from me and it's 24-7.

If I could give 0 stars I would, my parcel has been in the locker at Brockwell Seam since 6th February, they keep lying to me saying the same old shit were still investigating, they won't give me a exact date this locker will be fixed, release my parcel and stop holding my parcel hostage
