Perhaps it should be re named illpost. I travelled to pick up a parcel. Entered code and also tried the scan three times without success. I emailed InPost but the email bounced back as their inbox "was full". No doubt full of people asking for help. Too complicated and clever for it's own good I guess. Truely awful service.
The worker who was putting in parcels to be received was putting parcels in at the exact same time as I was trying to send of parcels and both of our lockers kept opening at the same time. Im unsure if my parcel actually went into the right locker because he didn't stop for 4 seconds and let me post my parcel.
I think iv reviewed this company before . Spot on and even better now joined with yodel. Totally recommend.
I have only sent never received.
Only one time I questioned them is when I saw one of their drivers picking up from locker and he was. Just surrounded with everything only the higher powers know if people got there parcels. 🤣
My parcel arrived in a timely manner and collection was easy.
The reason for the 4 stars was down to the fact that, while I was collecting, the lockers were being emptied and the person emptying was literally throwing the parcels from one end of the lockers towards the collection bags. At least 2 boxes missed and went straight onto the pavement (hopefully not breakables).
Just dropped off a parcel of books at local In Post site, the transaction was so simple to do with handy QR codes, great way to send items.
Will be using again in the near future 🙂 Thank you!
The lockers are easy to use, the process is simple to follow and many of the lockers near me are outside shops and supermarkets, which is very convenient as it doesn't matter what time of day you go. My only issue with the lockers is that on some occasions, I've attempted to send a parcel and the locker it's opened has already had a parcel in it. The reason I've given it 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the people who collect/deliver the parcels. I've been stood nearby waiting to send/collect a parcel and a courier has been loading a bag... the way the items are thrown into the bag and on the floor did concern me as some parcels are fragile
I am absolutely delighted with the impost system. Quick and easy to send parcels without printing labels and standing in queues with very heavy parcels. I love this technology.
When I first started using InPost I thought it was the best postal platform ever. In the last 2 months I’ve never received 5 parcels - vinted have refunded the items but InPost did not try actively resolve this. There’s definitely something sinister going on than simply just parcel missing. In my experience - the 5 parcels missing that NEVER turned up (simply saying) lockers were full, have been items from the same retailer of the same design. ATM I have another parcel that’s astray and one yesterday that didn’t get delivered to the requested lockers but to a locker 30min drive away from me.
Worst delivery platform as it stands !!!
Parcel wouldn’t scan, no code received by text or email. Luckily shop knows me so gave me my Vinted parcel on the understanding I would mark it as received on vinted. Seriously bad experience makes me reluctant to use Inpost again. I only knew a parcel was there due to Vinted email, nothing from Inpost.
In response to the comment by Inpost, my account details are absolutely correct, the parcel arrived where it was intended with WILL NOT SCAN written on it ! Nothing to do with any error on my account just misleading comment by Inpost
