I rate this service 4 stars because I initially received a notification that my item was ready for pickup, but when I arrived, it wasn't there. A few days later, I got another message indicating that the item had finally arrived. I believe that confirming the delivery status before sending notifications would prevent unnecessary trips.
When I submitted my initial review a few weeks back, I had just begun using the service and mentioned how simple it was. Since then, I've been utilizing it nearly every day, sometimes even twice for sending or collecting parcels! It's incredibly fast and convenient, especially during this busy season when I would typically be waiting in line at the post office. I absolutely adore this service... it's so much easier!
My experience with the delivery service has been somewhat disappointing. I ordered two items from different sellers who opted for this courier. Unfortunately, both times, the local collection point refused delivery of my parcels due to a limit of 30 parcels they can hold at once.
One of the parcels arrived the next day without any issues, but the other has been missing for 11 days now, with no updates available on the app or through customer support.
I typically appreciate the convenience and simplicity of the service, but for the first time, my experience has been disappointing. I placed a parcel in a locker, only to be informed 10 days later that it wasn't posted. Reaching out for assistance from customer support has been incredibly frustrating. The locker units indicate they have CCTV, so confirming that I dropped off the parcel should not be difficult, yet communicating with a representative about this issue has been extremely challenging.
I've generally had positive experiences with the service, though there were significant delays due to software issues during their merger. Parcels are typically picked up from and delivered to lockers quite swiftly; I haven't tried home delivery or pickup yet. Occasionally, parcels can arrive a bit damaged, but that's something that can happen with most delivery companies. The lockers are very convenient, and if they malfunction due to user interference, the support team is usually able to assist you in retrieving your parcel if you provide the necessary details.
Simple and straightforward to use. Conveniently located at my workplace, so I don't need to make extra trips. Optional confirmation email ensures safe delivery of the package, and I was kept fully informed about its journey. Excellent service!
This was my initial experience collecting a parcel from the lockers. At first, I found it a bit confusing to access the information needed for collection. It requested my mobile number, which I provided, followed by a 6-digit code. Fortunately, it reminded me that I could find this code in a text message, which was very useful. Ideally, the confirmation QR code could have remained on the screen a bit longer for me to capture a photo, but overall, it was a good experience.
Extremely effective method for posting items and ensuring safe transactions between buyers and sellers, especially for those who prefer not to disclose their home addresses for security reasons, particularly on platforms like this.
The package arrived a day later than promised, even after being marked as out for delivery to the locker. Additionally, I didn't receive a code to retrieve it for another day! Thankfully, it wasn't something urgently needed!
