I had a fantastic experience with the service. It was very straightforward to send items using either digital or printed labels. The communication was excellent, enabling easy tracking of parcels. The availability of lockers in various local spots makes sending and collecting parcels a joy.
This has been one of the finest delivery services I've encountered. The parcel was delivered to a local shop ahead of schedule, and I received updates during the entire transit. The collection process was incredibly straightforward! I've faced challenges with other services, but this was by far the simplest. I plan to continue using them in the future!

I ordered a parcel WEEKS ago that was sent to a pickup location while I was away. Their three-day policy prevented me from retrieving it. I tried to reach out for an extra day due to my situation, but I couldn't get in touch via email. Ultimately, I had to rely on a friend to collect it for me. Please improve your service; it's unacceptable.
In post, there are claims of tracking and timely arrival. However, I have faced issues three times trying to find sent items. This particular item has been stuck in a warehouse since December 10, and I have received NO ASSISTANCE in locating it... no tracking information whatsoever. It was an item I sold on a platform. I have reached out to both the platform and the service for tracking, but both have declined to help. From now on, I will only use a different postal service. There's too much reliance on AI these days and a lack of genuine customer support.
I contacted the service today at 11:04 seeking assistance with my locker, and the treatment I received was truly disheartening. The representative I spoke with was unhelpful, sarcastic, and consistently interrupted me while I tried to explain my situation. There was no indication of willingness to assist; he didn’t listen and made me feel as though I was a bother. Ultimately, he curtly stated he couldn’t assist me and abruptly ended the call. I was left feeling frustrated, stressed, and still facing the original issue. This ranks among the worst customer service I've encountered.
The service is generally reliable for inexpensive products, but my initial order of significant value was lost soon after it was marked as collected. Even with confirmation of collection, the sender was held responsible, and over a month later, I'm still at a loss financially.
User-friendly, efficient, and hassle-free. Occasionally, lockers may be at capacity, but you can verify availability through the app. I would like to suggest to the app team: Could you create a 'my favorite locker' feature? This would allow users to select their usual drop-off lockers and compile them into a favorites list, saving time on searches each time. 🙏🏼
