Dropping off my parcel at a local store was a breeze. I quickly located a locker nearby and received immediate confirmation, which assured me that my parcel would be safely collected.

The location feels unsafe and isolated.

This location is poorly lit, out of the way, and gives off an unsettling vibe. It's unclear why the lockers were relocated here from a previous, better spot. I won't be using this locker again.

Disappointed with the delivery service during the holidays

I had a parcel sent to a pick-up location in a shop on Christmas Eve, but I couldn't pick it up that day, and the next day was Christmas. Usually, I receive a reminder when the pick-up deadline is approaching, but instead, I got a notification saying I missed my opportunity to collect it and that my order was being returned. I struggled to find a way to contact the support team, and it's frustrating that this happened during the holiday season. I thought I typically had three days to collect my parcel, not less than 48 hours, which leaves me confused about the situation. I'm hesitant to use this service again, especially since their website was not helpful at all.

Delivery Issues with the Locker

The locker designated for my delivery was reportedly broken. After waiting a week and a half, it was still said to be broken. Now, 26 days since shipping, I have yet to receive my package, and I am extremely frustrated. The support team has been unhelpful, merely sending me in circles with another platform. I would not recommend this service.

The locker service is quite effective, but there are issues.

The locker service in locations like convenience stores is quite effective. However, the experience is marred by large bags being carelessly left in random shops, where staff often lack the time to assist in locating your items. Once this situation is addressed, it will improve significantly. I have experienced theft from parcels, likely due to unsecured packages being left in public areas.

Currently, I have no complaints about the service.

At the moment, I can't find any faults with the service. It's incredibly convenient and new locations are appearing nearby. I've sent over 80 parcels without any issues of loss or damage. Using the QR code to drop them in the lockers is simple and the delivery times are generally quick. This is definitely my preferred choice for shipping. Keep up the great work!

Screen Damage Affects Functionality

Regrettably, the screen is so damaged that it fails to read the bar code. When I attempt to scan the QR code with my phone, the screen distorts the image, preventing it from opening.

It's Christmas Day, and the service continues to disappoint!

It's Christmas Day, and I can't believe how the service at my local lockers keeps declining. I've shared my concerns before, but it's now to the point where I have to drive further to use lockers in a different area. Previously, you mentioned being aware of the problems at a specific location and that a fix was in progress, but they are still often full or out of order!

Collecting your parcel is straightforward and convenient. The communication through the app is excellent. It integrates well with the platform, notifying the seller when the buyer has received the parcel, ensuring the buyer can expect payment. I highly recommend this service.

Smooth process but lacking accessibility options

The process was very smooth and straightforward; however, there was no option to select a box that accommodates individuals with mobility challenges for reaching up or down. Those using mobility aids also require the ability to return items, and the absence of this option made returning a parcel quite difficult. I was fortunate to receive assistance from a passerby.
