The process was very smooth and straightforward; however, there was no option to select a box that accommodates individuals with mobility challenges for reaching up or down. Those using mobility aids also require the ability to return items, and the absence of this option made returning a parcel quite difficult. I was fortunate to receive assistance from a passerby.
Unfortunately, this service seems unable to grasp straightforward issues. I reached out as a "receiver waiting for my parcel from a seller," but I had no agreement with the company. Their app confirmed that the parcel was received by them in late November. Over two weeks, four customer service representatives reached out, each insisting that I needed to contact the seller since my agreement was with them! I repeatedly explained that I had no contract with the seller; I was merely inquiring about the location of my parcel, which they confirmed they had! Now, nearly a month has passed, and I must wait another week to seek a refund from the seller, who has also been unresponsive. My simple question was: you acknowledged having my parcel, could you please follow up on it? This has been an absurd situation, wasting both their time and mine.
The parcel was supposedly delivered, but that's not the case. It’s at the warehouse, or maybe with the courier, but still no clarity. After 7 phone calls and 9 emails, there’s still no trace of the parcel, which has now been reported missing. I'm becoming quite frustrated at this point, while my friend has received the code to collect it.
Convenient and easy to use at any time of the day! I did encounter an issue previously when attempting to send a parcel, as there weren't enough lockers available at several locations. Aside from that, it's a fantastic service.
I prefer having my items delivered directly to my door to avoid the hassle of using a locker. However, there are rare instances when home delivery isn't available, and I have to use the locker instead. Fortunately, there's a locker nearby that I can reach in about five minutes, and my experiences with it have always been positive. Still, I would much rather opt for home delivery. Lockers are a fantastic solution for those who can't stay home all day waiting for a delivery window. Sometimes, a bit more notice, like the day before, would be helpful, but overall, lockers serve a great purpose. In summary, I find them very useful, and the service is excellent.
I have always received outstanding service from the company until today. I received a message stating my item had been delivered, but there was no collection code or QR code provided. When I reached out to the support team, I was informed that my item had been returned to the seller. There was no explanation or assistance given. I'm very disappointed.
You can never rely on the service to deliver your package. They misplace it and send it to the incorrect address. When I raise a complaint, they assure me they'll look into it, but I never receive any follow-up. I make an effort to steer clear of this service.
