Collection from lockers is so easy. Scan QR code, wait for door to open, collect parcel and close door. Job done! Cannot fault the process.
Not had any issues yet. Most deliveries have gotten to me within 3 days maximum which is great!.
My first time using InPost - it was so simple and straightforward (even for me!) I collected both of my 2 parcels in less than one minute! I can’t comment on sending parcels, but if collection is so easy then I would assume dropping off parcels is just as simple. I’ll use InPost again and would definitely recommend.
Todays response to the ongoing saga...
This is the email I sent to Inpost (again!)
"So Vinted are saying that you said the parcel was never posted so I would like to request the following:
Confirmation that you have said this to Vinted
A copy of the CCTV from 3rd December when I posted the parcel
Confirmation that the “service locker” that opened and that my parcel was deposited in has not been opened since 3rd December
If it has been opened since 3rd December I would like to see the CCTV of the date it was opened
I am not going to simply go away when my item has disappeared once deposited within your locker. Just for your reference I also have evidence that several other people have had similar issues with the locker at this location which I will be using should I need to escalate this matter further.
I am constantly being asked when I post on Trust Pilot to contact you so you can resolve this matter for me so this is the last time I will be doing so in the hope that it can be resolved and/or the information that I have requested is provided."

THEY DON'T EVEN UNDERSTAND WHAT I AM SAYING TO THEM...
A little more time to collect a parcel, I was really poorly when my parcel was delivered and had only 3 days to collect it, I had to drag myself outside with high temperature to collect as 3 days is just not long enough and didnt have anyone else to collect it for me.
My experience wasn’t great. It was what i would expect from an established company.
I put in my mobile number, then the code i was given and the door of InPost opened. There was my delivery
So convenient, works so well especially when i work very unsual hours making it hard to get to post office or shops during opening house.
So easy to use and returns are recived in no time.
Excellent service, never had any issues and use this frequently.
Absolutely seamless experience! The parcel arrived much quicker than expected, and the tracking was spot-on. I love the convenience of the 24/7 lockers—no more waiting at home for a delivery driver. Five stars for efficiency!
InPost makes shipping and receiving so easy. The QR code system is brilliant and makes the pickup process take less than 10 seconds. The app interface is clean, intuitive, and keeps me updated every step of the way. Highly recommend!
The convenience alone deserves a 6* but InPost combines this with a very effective use of technology to provide an outstanding postal service and a great customer service to match.
Getting really frustrated purchased a label put address wrong way round as never done it before called in post straight away spoke to a man who advised to me pay again buy a new label which I did and claim for old one and they will refund. I put a claim in and I'm just getting passed too and from its doing my head in. I just need my £3.99 back!
