Review Time
I have owned a 7.6L Instant air fryer since November 2022, and it has always operated without issue.Last week, due to an oversight on my part, I accidentally dropped one of the baskets, which became severely damaged.I contacted Instant Pot Brands UK support by email, and within less than 24 hours I received a clear and comprehensive response detailing the appropriate steps to take and where to proceed.
I ordered an Instant Pot on 12/10, and the website said it would be delivered by 14/10. However, I later received a DPD tracking update saying there was a delay with my parcel. When I contacted DPD, they told me the parcel might be lost and advised me to get in touch with Instant Pot UK directly.Since then, I have tried multiple times to contact Instant Pot — on 17/10, 20/10, and 21/10 — via Facebook, the online contact form, and direct email, but I have not received any reply at all. There are no other ways to reach them, and I still have no update or replacement for my order.This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I just want Instant Pot UK to send me the product I paid for or issue a full refund immediately.
Had an issue with an InstantPot product - prompt reply from customer service and issue sorted within the span of a couple of emails. Kurt from customer service was excellent in providing help to resolve the issue. The product (Gourmet Airfryer) itself is fantastic and by the far the best of three air fryers I’ve owned.
Had a question on the use of my Instant Pot, contacted them via their online form and received a very helpful and polite response very quickly. Couldn't have been more helpful - wouldn't hesitate to contact them with any concerns or queries in the future.
I ordered a dual-basket air-fryer with windows so I can see what I'm cooking. Sadly after the first run, one of the lights stopped turning on. I reported it, thinking I would get a replacement bulb and instructions on how to replace it, but it desn't seem like it's possible. Instant sent me a whole replacement unit, which was really kind and I'm still using it 6 months later. The only negative thing I can say is that ever so slightly it still smells of the 'new' smell from the rear vent when cooking.
Impossible to return a brand new faulty item. Unintelligent customer service agent asking the most ridiculous questions, thinking I am trying to claim under their warranty. I made the mistake of buying the instant pot rice cooker that claims to reduce the carb content of cooked rice by up to 40%. I'd be curious to see the scientific evidence to support this claim that I stupidly fell for! I couldn't even get the rice fully cooked with this function and when I opened the lid after a long cooking period, it became apparent the steam filter didn't work as a considerable amount of condensation water seeped back into my rice. I have been asked the most silliest of questions, the best one of which was, what RICE did I use in their RICE cooker. I used basmati RICE if that makes any difference which it doesn't! I have now given up and have raised a dispute via PayPal and I can't keep replying to emails when all I've asked for is a pre paid returns label.
