I was so sad to have to write this

I was so sad to have to write this, i have been a cutomer for over five years but i am mortified.I recommended 5.7l Instapot of which i have and love.She recieved her and after taking advice from me and youtube video's the pot was saying burn, this has only happended to me once but going through this with my friend we concluded that the pot was faulty.I advised her to contact the company directly,she did this and the email she recieved back was awful, claiming she was doing something wrong, no phone call no explaination and refusal of returing the goods, against Consumer Rights Act 2015, i am appaled by this behaviour no wonder the parent company went under in the USA. 01770744 - Thank you for contacting us! Exceptional customer service

I purchased an IP Duo Plus to replace a defunct slow cooker. When it arrived I followed the test-run instructions and the following day used the sauté function prior to setting the slow-cooker function. I contacted Customer Support via the website with a function enquiry, and by return received an extremely helpful reply from Bea who took her time to take me through my query step-by-step. No AI reply here - Bea is a genuine, real person who cares about her customers. Issue resolved, my slow-cooked beef casserole was cooked to perfection. My initial cause for concern was completely unfounded (a bit like test-driving a new car that takes a while to get used to) and I'll enjoy working through all the other functions this amazing pot has to offer. It's well made with a quality stainless steel pot and clear display. My only criticism is re: instructions. These can be accessed by a Q-code - which is no good to anyone not having a smart phone (me!). I accessed the manual from the website and have printed it for future reference. Recipes are readily available on the website. All in all exceptional customer service from Instant Pot UK.

Unfit for purpose

Unfit for purpose. The metal above the heating element is mild steel and rusted badly within six months. Rust is poisonous. How on earth did this product pass CR certification?A requirement to 'clean + DRY" after every use is insufficient, because cooking food produced moisture which with heat causes oxidation then toxic rust.

I had a parcel go missing, through no fault of the retailer. Bea was very efficient in resolving this for me. Nothing was too much trouble and despite this being a very small order/accessories for my airfryer she gave it her full attention. A week later the original parcel turned up but I was told to keep both. Fabulous custmer service.

I initially bought the max WiFi ‘10 in…

I initially bought the max WiFi ‘10 in 1’ Instant Pot in July 2025 to replace a basic Instant Pot purchased in 2015. The old one is still going but I wanted a super duper one with WiFi. Although the WiFi failed, Bea and Sharon at Instant Pot very kindly and efficiently tried to resolve the WiFi issue and ended up replacing the new model with a brand new one with the WiFi now properly working. I am very impressed with the level of service and the brilliant product which hopefully will provide years of service as did the old one. The build quality is superb as is the supporting app with tons of useful ideas and recipes. Thank you very much Instant Pot !

First class response from the company …

When I contacted instant they responded almost immediately and their response was excellent.They advised me to try several ways to try and resolve the issue but that didn’t work so they immediately sanctioned a replacement air fryer to be sent without delay. So well done Instant team

I have an Instant Pot - superb customer service under warranty

I have an Instant Pot and part of the display screen failed. The company sent me instructions for a factory reset which did not work, so they very kindly and with no fuss sent me a new Instant Pot. The courtesy and quick diligent responses from the same named person at the company was a welcome change to doing everything online. I highly recommend them for customer service. Thanks very much.
