I was a customer for a few years until I noticed they was putting extra charges monthly like double ,, so I had subscription canceled 6 months ago ,,, I downloaded my credit app and noticed they've been charging me for like 6 months ,, and they won't return my money ,, so if I'd definitely avoid these thiefs
Customer service is horrible. All they do to reply to any concerns is text no number to talk with a rep. Loading pictures for an estimate is near to impossible have to keep pictures under 5 mb again another concern that has been a concern for years and still have no correction. Now the system is down and all they text is to reload. Done it 3 times and still no help. If you are looking for a service for invoice run far away from this one.......
Tried to upgrade to premium package but it wouldn't let me,they kept telling me there was an error at my end witch is total bullshit. Left me with no invoices to use unable to upgrade,I have about 20 unbilled customers. This invoice company is completely unreliable and unsatisfactory, very disappointing I highly recommend not using this app.👎
Prices have been going up and up over the years! they started off at $3.50 a month now they want 2 subscriptions for $33 a month that's just crazy 🤪 that's more than Netflix.I use another app now for free that's better! stay clear of this app.
I think its very telling that you're recent reviews have all been negative compared to previous one of 2021/22 ect. The changes you're making has not been for the better. Limiting the amount of invoices that can be sent per plan is ridiculous and inconvenient. I've seen many complaints about being charged twice and that has also happened to me. I had no issue using this app before I happily paid my monthly about I believe it was £6.99 before. Now you've created x3 separate plans and the first two doesn't give me anything near the amount of service I previously was getting. So tell me this is your way to force people to purchase the larger subscription because that isn't right. Please sort this out. If you have any morals at all as a company you'll realise what you're doing is wrong and you'd like to stand for something.
