They keep raising prices mid…

They keep raising prices mid subscription period, even though we are 6mo into an “unlimited annual subscription”. Customer service response is “sorry, but we are doing this to everyone, so you just have to deal with it.” Horrible way to do business. Will be finding another invoicing company, this one has lost their way, and is putting profits over customers that helped them get where they are.

Doesn’t care about their customers.

As I understand companies need to increase pricing for business. I have been a customer since before they even charged a subscription fee. I started paying for a yearly subscription and they changed the terms before my year was up (even though I had already paid for a year) forcing me to pay a second fee to use the service. Customer loyalty isn’t a priority to this company. It is disappointing and I am only using it until I find another app that will appreciate my business more than this one.

I really liked the program when I first started. Unfortunately constantly raising prices with all the new features is getting ridiculous. I think a lot of the new features are great but I don’t use them at all. I wish there was price plans to serve me. If you need or use all the features then you can upgrade to them. Putting a cost to the number of invoices you write is upsetting to say the least. I will be getting a different invoicing method that doesn’t raise prices repeatedly. When I started it was around $90/year and now it will be almost $400/year. That increase is over 4 years.

Suddenly after being a customer for years they decide to double the subscription 5 months into my contract. Not sure if it’s legal so I will take advice shortly

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I have been a customer of invoice simple now for multiple years and have never had an issue this has recently changed. I have a subscription that was set to end/renew in January of 2026 (current date September 2025). The contract for this subscription upon taking it out had no limitations to the amount of invoices you could make in a month. Since this the company/thieves have changed the conditions of the subscription being there is now a limitation of 10 invoices per month they have done this without prior approval from my self. I have asked for this limitation to be lifted or a full refund to be issued on the grounds invoice simple have breeched the terms of contract and are no longer going to honor the service paid for. They have refused and offered no solution other then saying an extra £199 to upgrade. Keep in mind this is mid way through a contract. Overall I am let down but the company and the way they conduct themselves. This is criminal and does not comply with UK law. There customer service stinks and pohla wasn’t any help at all in coming to an agreement to resolve the issue at hand. I will be seeking legal advice and also leaving feedback on every platform possible at every opportunity.

Running a major scam

Running a major scam. Changing customers unlimited plans to only 10 invoices per month mid plan, won't let them send anymore invoices. Then trying to make them pay £200 to upgrade their plan mid contract so they can start sending more invoices. Pure scam they are running, been a loyal customer for 6 years and this is how im treated. Wouldn't even honour the last couple of months left on my unlimited plan which i paid £58 for.

The system change is really really bad.

The system change is really really bad.I must say that the system itself is okay and I had no problem with.The problems started when they started charging. First it was AUD $9.99/month a fair price. Endless invoices, estimates, whatever. Then it increased if you wanted to use pc and phone app. Then they doubled the price to $19.99 for only 10 invoices. And other problems started as well. You can only contact admin on a special login page BEFORE YOU LOG IN, NOT WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM. Then the system does not recognize preexisting customers, unless you login and logout every single time. You cannot stay logged in. Then if you wrote HALF an invoice and want to delete it, it deletes the content but keeps the invoice with it's number and it counts towards your 10 invoices per month. Unless you edit it into a new invoice. Anything over 10 invoices is $29.99. And I haven't even tried payment through them. And I won't either.To me it seems that they are getting greedier by the month. Such a shame they started so well.And the customer service office just told me, that the technicians are working on making the system better for everyone. How can you get more expensive, yet your service is now totally shit.

Constant price increases for the most…

Constant price increases for the most basic invoicing platform on this earth, could be created within several hours by a college student. Served it's purpose for $5 per month but it seems they've gotten confused and think they're providing a life changing service, meaning they think they can demand $20-25 per month on a whim. I'll be joining everyone else in cancelling our subscription and moving elsewhere, which I've been meaning to do for a while.

I paid £57.88 for a year premium account in April.They downgraded my account to Essential as an account user with just a day notice.I can only send 12 invoice’s each month unless I pay Extra £4.99 each month. Very disappointing
