Appalling!!

Appalling!!The app itself is average at best but I have used it for convenience.When they doubled the price of the monthly subscription last year I changed to the annual plan. They have just informed me that for the same features this year I will have to pay three times as much!!!Another company that lures you in with reasonable rates and then starts hiking!Stay away from this app!

They keep jacking up prices…

They keep jacking up prices continousily. It just doesn't stop. Its so ridiculous. The price has quadrupled in 2 years for the same features I was using. Today they just dropped my invoices to only 10 per month when I was paying their premium.

Huge ripoff

Huge ripoff, prices have gone up 200% over the last couple years but service has not improved and when speaking with them they don't want to discuss anything they just repeat the same line over and over again and don't care about customers at all. Perfect example of corporate greed. Do not use

Soy usuaria de pago de Invoice Simple desde febrero de 2020 y he confiado en esta plataforma para la emisión de todas mis facturas. Sin embargo, mi experiencia reciente ha sido profundamente decepcionante.He enviado numerosos correos solicitando de forma respetuosa la exportación completa de los datos de mis clientes que, como usuaria, generé en su plataforma. Esta información incluye el historial completo de compras y los datos detallados de cada cliente, lo cual es parte esencial de mi actividad comercial.Lamentablemente, el equipo de soporte se niega de forma evasiva a proporcionarlo, indicando que su plataforma no cuenta con las herramientas técnicas necesarias para realizar dicha exportación. En su lugar, ofrecen únicamente acceso parcial a la información, como la descarga individual de documentos recientes, lo cual no solo resulta inviable debido a que he generado más de 3,000 facturas, sino que tampoco satisface mi legítimo derecho de acceso a mis propios datos.He solicitado en múltiples ocasiones que mi caso sea escalado a una instancia superior o legal dentro de la empresa, pero ignoran mis peticiones o se limitan a repetir respuestas genéricas y automatizadas.Además, he sido testigo de prácticas que considero publicidad engañosa: promocionan planes con “facturación ilimitada” y después imponen límites absurdos de 10 facturas mensuales, obligando a pagar el doble por continuar con el servicio. Esto no solo es abusivo, sino que va en contra de la ética comercial y los derechos del consumidor.Esta reseña representa mi último intento público antes de recurrir a instancias regulatorias internacionales. Me parece inaceptable que una empresa con este alcance no tenga procesos claros de transparencia ni respete los derechos de sus usuarios. Me siento completamente desatendida y subestimada por su equipo de soporte.I have been a paying user of Invoice Simple since February 2020 and trusted this platform to issue all my invoices. However, my recent experience has been deeply disappointing.I have sent numerous emails respectfully requesting the full export of my customer data, which I created as a user on their platform. This includes the complete purchase history and detailed information for each client, which is essential to my business activity.Unfortunately, the support team evasively refuses to comply, claiming that their platform lacks the technical capability to perform such an export. Instead, they offer only partial access to the data, such as downloading individual recent documents, which is not only unviable considering I have generated over 3,000 invoices, but also fails to meet my legitimate right to access my own data.I have repeatedly requested that my case be escalated to a higher or legal authority within the company, but they ignore my requests or provide generic, automated responses.Moreover, I have experienced misleading advertising: they promote plans with “unlimited invoicing” but later restrict users to only 10 invoices per month, pushing them to pay double. This is unethical and abusive to consumers.This review is my final public attempt before turning to international regulatory bodies. I find it unacceptable that a company with such reach lacks transparency processes and fails to respect user rights. I feel completely neglected and underestimated by their support team.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL…

THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. A TOTAL SCAM. THESE CANADIANS ACTUALLY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO AVOID HUMAN CONTACT. THEIR SITE IS ALWAYS HAVE PROBLEMS AND RARELY WORKS CORRECTLY. STEER CLEAR!

Over 14days complained cannot attach…

Over 14days complained cannot attach photos to invoices, been told that tech team are working on it. They keep changing me money and no refund offered, the app is not fit for purpose 😑

Customer service is horrible

Customer service is horrible, they scammer and if you put your credit card they will charge you every 21 days, I’m a business owner and I have very bad experience with this service, stay away .
