This was a great company and the payment was always quick and fast with no problems. They used paypal to get paid in the beginning and everything was smooth for years. Now they updated to strip and stripe takes a while to payout and will definitely hold your money ransom. Maybe they still need to work the kinks out, but its a headache now for customers to pay without being declined multiple times. It goes back to the saying, "if its not broke, dont fix it".
Been using the invoice simple app since 2017. It’s been increasing but not unaffordable until now when half way through an annual subscription costing £49.99 they have limited the number of invoices to 10 (previously unlimited) unless I pay £199.99 to upgrade. Just getting the standard we’ve aligned our legacy plans with our new rip off ones and you need to pay four times as much as for the same service you had yesterday. I’ve got clients unbilled so I’m losing money, I’ve got 6 months left on my subscription and now have to transfer everything to new app. Avoid, terrible company to deal with. Absolute rip off.In response to Invoice Simple’s reply, no thank you I do not wish to discuss being ripped off further by you. Your service was horrendous and you broke the contract. I am now very happy using an alternative provider who charges NOTHING for their service and offers a far better package. Avoid Invoice Simple at all costs.
This company false advertises. I bought an annual unlimited subscription in March, they decided to change their plans a month later, told me I would not be affected by it as I already purchased a plan before they made these changes, only to find out 5 months in they blocked me from sending out invoices and told me I had to pay a $250 upgrade to be able to use the app after I already paid $150 for my original plan. I tried explaining to them that their changes should not affect me and if so that I would like a refund, the customer services reps ignored everything and sent me scripted replies not showing any care nor provided any type of solution for this issue. Do not buy this app!! They are complete idiots and will try to steal your money!
Absolutely appalling company. They lure you in with cheap fees. in 2022 we were paying £5.49 then it went up to £6.99 then last year £8.60 we have just been notified that for £8.60 you are only allowed 10 invoices a month. If you want unlimited which we have always had its now increased to £19.99 a 150% increase for a rubbish system. Avoid
