I strongly discourage using this service. We arranged and fully paid for a parcel collection. On the designated day, the driver arrived and claimed his van was already full, assuring us he would return later in the evening. No one came back, and the parcels were never collected. We then tried to reach out to the company. They informed us they operate through another service, but provided no real help—no solutions, no clear information, and no accountability for the failed collection. Consequently, we had to schedule another collection for the next working day, despite the original collection being planned for Friday. We specifically requested a time window since we are leaving the country and cannot wait at home all day for a courier. Yet again, no assistance or accommodation was offered. The facts are straightforward: • the service was fully paid; • collection dates were confirmed; • the parcels were not picked up; • customer support was unhelpful; • no responsibility was taken. This is utterly unacceptable. The company does not adhere to even the most basic standards of parcel delivery and customer service. If you prioritize reliability, deadlines, and basic respect for customers, steer clear of this service!

The website is easy to use. There's plenty of options. Customer service is great. Very quick to reply to questions. Customs declaration was a little difficult to navigate but worked it out. I have never had a parcel delivered so quick. It was collected on 18th December and could have been delivered by 23rd (nobody home to accept it). I was kept up to date with all attempts to deliver. Finally delivered on 30th. Cheaper and quicker than any other carrier.
