*The company are now blackmailing me into taking this review down and will not give me my full refund unless I do so*I had an extremely poor experience with this company. The scooter arrived damaged, missing essential parts including the charger and the bolt for the accessories, and had a sharp piece of plastic protruding, making it unsafe to use. Despite repeatedly acknowledging the issues and stating that a refund would be offered, I have now spent around eight emails going back and forth with them attempting to persuade me to purchase the missing accessories and charger myself, which is not what I paid for. This has been frustrating, time-consuming, and unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company at all costs. It’s been two weeks now and I’m yet to have a refund or information about how to return the unusable product.
This company is the besr i have ever shopped with. If you have any issues or questions they will get back to you ASAP, they will talk you through issues or problems, send videos and if it cant get resolved they will ship out a replacement.I purchased 2 E Scooters and a V6 Skateboard and they are oitstanding.I would recommend %100.
The scooter is faulty we have asked you too contact us by email or phone . We have calked your 03330 banner hyat bo answer ar all.. yoyr obviously don't care. And my child is ery upset.. so a big thanks for nothing. Quality is not as stated . And there customer service is just beyond horrible.. these scooters are dreams for teenagers.. they havd taken thos dream away from my son. Hours of scouring the beat scooter.. and all the hype.. they have let my kid down big time .. shame on them not even bothering to follow up on my kids fun....and my money dosent matter to me .. bit it does to them..
